This rubber mat is available in four standard sizes, 80cm x 120cm, 90cm x 150cm, 90cm x 297cm and 90cm x 594cm. The Thickness of the mat is 13mm.

The Swarf Catch Mat can be used in both dry and wet areas, in workshops with high levels of machining activity, near water pressure testing tanks, or in front of workbenches. These mats are extremely versatile and work brilliantly anywhere you need anti-fatigue and / or swarf trapping capabilities.

Slip Resistance – 4/5 This mat provides Very Good slip resistance. This is measured by ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097 which tests the force required to cause slippage of a load across the mat. The higher the rating the higher the slip resistance

Wear Resistance – 4/5 This mat offers Very Good resistance to wear. This is measured by ASTM D3844-92, which subjects the mat to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel. The higher the rating, the longer the life span of the mat.

Wet Area Mat – The Swarf Catch Mat is suitable for Wet Environments where the spillage of water and other chemicals is an issue.
