The Oil-Safe Interlocking Anti-Fatigue Mats are heavy-duty rubber mats designed to provide a comfortable standing surface for workers. These mats are versatile, available as interlocking modules for long runs, allowing for flexible workspace configuration.

Highly resistant to oil and grease, these mats are ideally suited for workshops, food production areas or catering businesses. The diamond-patterned surface enhances underfoot grip, promoting workplace safety and productivity.

Constructed from hardwearing rubber, these mats guarantee longevity under normal use, making them a practical and cost-effective matting product for your business.

Oil-Safe is available in two options;

Middle Piece – To create a longer mat instead, use any quantity of these interlocking middle piece mats.

End Piece – These end piece mats should be used with middle pieces to ensure a smooth bevelled edge all around the mat system.

Sizes & Colour

Each tile measures approximately 70cm wide x 80cm long, regardless of the type. The tiles are coloured black which helps to hide stains from oil and dirt from production processes.

Anti-Fatigue – 5/5 This mat offers Excellent anti-fatigue properties. This is measured by ASTM D3547 which records the compression and decompression of the mat. The higher the rating the better its anti fatigue qualities.

Slip Resistance – 3/5 This mat provides Good slip resistance. This is measured by ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097 which tests the force required to cause slippage of a load across the mat. The higher the rating the higher the slip resistance

Wear Resistance – 5/5 This mat offers Excellent resistance to wear. This is measured by ASTM D3844-92, which subjects the mat to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel. The higher the rating, the longer the life span of the mat.

Oil Resistant – Some mats deteriorate with oil. This mat is Oil & Grease Resistant making it suitable for all Industrial and Food production areas where this is an issue.

Wet Area Mat – This mat is suitable for Wet Environments where the spillage of water and other chemicals is an issue.
