Our Assured-Scraper is premium quality non-slip rubber scraper matting, providing excellent grip even in wet and oily conditions.

The Assured-Scraper is our best selling rubber scraper matting and is particularly suited to removing swarf from footwear upon entering or leaving workshops, factories, food processing areas, etc. Being extremely durable, as well as offering anti-fatigue and anti-slip benefits, the Assured-Scraper is an ideal mat for industrial applications.

Slip Resistance

The Assured-Scraper has superb anti-slip qualities thanks to surface rounded scrapers that work in all directions whilst trapping swarf to stop it from spreading.

Materials

This swarf mat is also 100% Nitrile rubber meaning that it is ideal for areas that come into contact with grease, oil or water.

Beyond this, the Assured-Scraper helps to ease pressure on the lower back, legs and feet, making the working area more comfortable and at the same time increasing productivity.

Sizes

Our Assured-Scraper matting is available in various sizes from 60cm x 90cm for individual workstations, to 113cm x 300cm for larger work areas and runners. The Thickness of the mat is a low-profile 5mm.

Anti-Fatigue – 1/3 Assured-Scraper Anti-Slip Rubber Scraper Matting offers Good anti-fatigue properties. This is measured by ASTM D3547 which records the compression and decompression of the mat. The higher the rating the better its anti fatigue qualities.

Slip Resistance – 3/3 Assured-Scraper Anti-Slip Rubber Scraper Matting provides Excellent slip resistance. This is measured by ASTM C1028-89 & DIN-E-51130, 51097 which tests the force required to cause slippage of a load across the mat. The higher the rating the higher the slip resistance

Wear Resistance – 3/3 Assured-Scraper Anti-Slip Rubber Scraper Matting offers Excellent resistance to wear. This is measured by ASTM D3844-92 which subjects the mat to 5000 cycles under an abrasive wheel. The higher the rating the longer the life span of the mat.

Oil Resistant – Some mats deteriorate with oil. Assured-Scraper Anti-Slip Rubber Scraper Matting is Oil & Grease Resistant making it suitable for all Industrial and Food production areas where this is an issue.

Wet Area Mat – Assured-Scraper Anti-Slip Rubber Scraper Matting is suitable for Wet Environments where the spillage of water and other chemicals is an issue.
